Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using the ResQ360 mobile application, website or related services (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
About ResQ360
ResQ360 is a technology-enabled emergency support and healthcare coordination platform designed to connect users with relevant hospitals, ambulance providers, doctors and other healthcare service providers. ResQ360 does not itself replace emergency medical services, hospitals, doctors, ambulance operators, police, fire services or other government emergency services.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping their registered mobile number accessible for OTP verification.
- ResQ360 may restrict or terminate accounts where information is false, misleading, fraudulent or used in violation of these Terms.
SOS & Emergency Services
- ResQ360 may provide an SOS feature to initiate an emergency support request.
- Depending on the available functionality, an SOS request may share location, notify selected emergency contacts, send relevant information to participating hospitals or emergency providers, facilitate communication, and record the emergency request.
- Users should provide accurate emergency and medical information where requested.
- ResQ360 does not guarantee immediate assistance, ambulance availability, hospital acceptance, medical treatment or a particular response time. In a life-threatening emergency, users should also contact appropriate emergency services directly.
Hospital Coordination
Where participating hospitals are available, ResQ360 may facilitate communication of relevant emergency information. Hospital availability, patient acceptance, bed availability, medical resources, treatment decisions and response times are determined by the respective hospital and its personnel.
Ambulance Services
ResQ360 may facilitate discovery, request, booking or coordination of ambulance services through participating operators. Availability, vehicle type, equipment, driver availability, pricing, ETA and service quality may vary. The ambulance provider is responsible for the actual ambulance service. ETA is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather, location, availability and other circumstances.
Doctor Booking
ResQ360 may facilitate discovery or booking of appointments with participating doctors or healthcare professionals. ResQ360 does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment merely by facilitating a booking. Doctors and healthcare professionals are independent service providers responsible for their professional advice, diagnosis, treatment and decisions.
Location/GPS Services
Certain features require device location access. Location may be used to identify current location, facilitate SOS coordination, identify nearby hospitals/ambulances/providers, share location with relevant contacts or service providers where permitted, and improve emergency coordination. Accuracy may vary due to GPS, device, network and technical limitations.
Emergency Contacts
Users may add emergency contacts. Users are responsible for ensuring the information is accurate and that they have appropriate permission to use the contact information. When an SOS feature is activated, ResQ360 may communicate relevant emergency information to selected contacts, subject to functionality and permissions.
User Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Use ResQ360 only for legitimate purposes.
- Use SOS features responsibly.
- Do not intentionally create false emergency requests.
- Do not misuse, manipulate or interfere with the Platform.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to ResQ360 systems or other users’ accounts.
Medical Disclaimer
ResQ360 is a technology and coordination platform and is not a hospital, clinic, ambulance operator or medical professional. Information provided through the Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Emergency outcomes depend on factors outside ResQ360’s control.
Third-Party Service Providers
ResQ360 may connect users with hospitals, ambulance operators, doctors, diagnostic providers, pharmacies/medicine partners, payment providers, mapping/location providers and other healthcare or emergency service providers. Such providers may have their own terms, policies, pricing and service conditions.
Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
Certain services may require payment or subscription. Prices will be displayed before payment where applicable. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the applicable service and provider. ResQ360 may modify or discontinue paid services and pricing with appropriate notice where required.
Prohibited Use
- False or fraudulent emergency requests.
- Harassment or threats toward users or providers.
- Unauthorized collection of personal information.
- Disruption or damage to the Platform.
- Malware or malicious code.
- Circumvention of security measures.
- Unlawful activities.
Service Availability
ResQ360 aims to remain reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be affected by network/GPS failures, device issues, technical outages, third-party outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, traffic, infrastructure failures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResQ360 shall not be responsible for losses, delays, injuries, medical outcomes, treatment decisions, ambulance delays, hospital decisions or consequences arising from independent third-party services or circumstances beyond ResQ360’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
ResQ360 branding, logos, designs, software, content, graphics, interfaces, trademarks and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ResQ360 unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without permission.
Account Suspension/Termination
ResQ360 may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud or abuse, misuse, legal/regulatory requirements, or security/operational risks. Users may discontinue use at any time.
Changes to Terms
ResQ360 may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, law or operations. Updated Terms will be made available through the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts specified by ResQ360 in its registered office/jurisdiction details.
